Looks pretty low quality. I would GUESS it has a motor/amp draw limit that would seriously impede your progress. What boat are you planning to put it in?

bad it was really slow, i think it was cause of my batteries, needed to charge them correctly, and i found some friction problems and it would steer to the left when i gave it throttle, so i adjusted the props inward.
