Default My poor Props

I have a Traxxas villain IV RTR and the stock Props are dead. I’m not very experienced with this, witch I hope to change, but at this point I need to know how to change the props. It’s a Duel Counter Rotating set up and these are the stock props http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXJD70&P=PU , and the ones I am currently using. They are in a very damaged condition and I want to replace them with some nice ones. All I know is…… um…well I’m hoping to learn. If you can recommend a set and give me an idea of how to install (and balance) them that would be great. Thanx!

You can go expensive or cheap. Offshore electrics offers sharpening and balancing. They are usually backordered but you can get a carbon fiber prop set with shaft conversion all set for the Vill. You can also order copper berylliums from octura. I think the part numbers are x447 and x447r. If you replace the props with non traxxas props you will need a shaft conversion set. You can get the stock props from Tower for real cheap. I bought a couple sets of these just as backups for my good props.
