Default Please help, esc

I have a JR setup and need to change my esc to acommidate 16 cells. What esc has all the wires ready to be plugged in(no soldering) and have reverse. Planning to use a offshoreelectrics 700bb motor.

As far as I know airboss esc 's come with connectors. Your best bet is to learn how to solder so your options open up.

www.offshoreelectrics.com

Don't buy stuff at eBay, before you've run it by this (or another) forum, there are great ESC's on eBay and a lot of crap...

Whilst on this topic - I wondered if there is a general rule of thumb concerning which ESC Amp wise is suitable for which motor?
