Default Valuable Tool

With all the talk from guys about batteries and charging, I thought I'd mention a deal I ran across. This is a great tool at home in the shop, or out on the water. You can peak your batteries by temp and KNOW that they are charged to capacity and you can check temps on your packs, motor, esc, etc. after every run to check your setup. This one also has a clock built in as well as a stop watch which comes in handy to track run times and it defaults to the clock and ambient temps to help in setup as well...not to mention reminding me when to get home to momma (read:girlfriend) on time.....

I must have caught mine on sale the weekend before last as I paid $9.99 for mine, but I think it is still worth the $19.99 internet price if need be. I have been using a $200.00 Raytech previously and the only difference to me is the cheapo here has alot more features......

YOu got a deal. I thought I got a deal @ 10 bucks. Either way, I felt it was good info for some of the newbies here. Thre seems to be alot of guys buying SV's lately. As I'm sure you know.... Batt's seem to be the key to ANY FE boat. Just trying to help out those who were in the same shoes as me not so very long ago. Afterall, I'm now a "ranked" rookie now... Not sure what the ranking is, yet.....

that is one of the better cheap ones out there .
the ones that use "radiation" aren't the best . if you have a reflective surface ( can of motor ) you get a very inaccurate reading.

Like I said. I've been using $200.00 Rayteck. I just don't think many people outside of your budget can afford that. This one does a fine job for most of us.

Jallen,
Something seriously wrong here. I think "putz" is like a substitute for a curse word. If that's the case, I'll settle
for ---- 1. I just feel sorry for you, being #2.[sm=red_smile.gif][sm=red_smile.gif]

I think the cold has affected him. And not being able to run his SV.....so he runs his mouth.[sm=idea.gif]

Speedo......you really need some water.

Yes yes it has. I feel the need, I need the feel. I can feel the love. Nobody likes me[]

Ice Ice Baby stinks.

Peace Out

edit to add..........Oops That really is a word. but I only meant it in a fun way.

To behave in an idle manner; putter

Now the cat's out of the bag. I knew there was something......I just couldn't figure it out. If you have Ice Ice Baby tunes in your head, then we all know why you're using the word putz.

You're wuvved. Just not that way.[X(]

Any insightfullness this week?
Hey, just like Jallen's other thread, this one got jacked too.
Guess, what? I didn't fry the packs! But Jallen's got the punch (not spiked) with the 4200s and 4 grams less weight. I think he's also putting the packs on the transom to get those wheelies on purpose. Oh no........wet packs.......see what I started.
