Read the back of the bottle. Personally I multiply that amount x2.

I agree with the 24 hour recommendation. The longer you allow it to dry the stronger the bond. The surface will feel oily after it dries. Make sure to wipe it down with acetone before sanding to avoid build up on the sandpaper and scaring of the sanded surface. Do it again after you sand it, or glue anything to it, and before you apply paint so that the paint will stick to a clean surface.
