I am looking for as much information and personal experience with both chemistry's. Pros and Cons?

well first off good luck finding many li-ions for the rc industry other then the M1 cells

lipos are lighter, usually have higher mah, and are more common. li-ions are much less common, heavier, tougher, less prone to exploding, and are not usually in the right shape for our rcs (part of being less common)... theres youre basics in pros and cons. Lipos are much more common.

Sounds like Li-ions should have been more common since they are less prone to exploding. Thats usually the way it goes.
