HOw many volts would a 11t speed gems motor have

motors dont have volts....batts have volts....

I think you meant, how many volts would it take.
I wouldn't put more than 7 cells, 8.4 volts on it. Eve then it will get hot.

i ran a speed gem 16 turn on 12 cells with cooling coil and it was very good.
11 turn is a bit faster but with cooling coil i would suspect 12 cells should be good

Im running the speed gems 2 12t in the mini-v on a 11.1 lipo does great on stock setting with no cooling . funny thing is i have had this motor back with i had a hpi rs4 2 . and i just found out that its adjustable so i turned the rpms up to the notch before the last . and i had to put a coil on to help with the heat but its still going good
