What is good? and what is cheap? define these and you'll get an answer.
write more data when you ask something, voltage, amps, motor turns and size, because in other way is is waste of your and others time!

look up "turborix" then click on rvm shop on ebay, they have new esc's that have both forward and reverse for cars and boats. Cheap price too 30 amp and 50 amp models out at moment.

For a 19 turn and up under 12 volts you can't go wrong with the ProBoat ESC. It's water proof and under 40 bucks. I believe the is an LRP AI ESC stock motor esc that is also water proof but a bit more pricy. The top of the line would be an RCHydros Victory. There are a 60 and 90amp versions from 6 to 12 or 16 cells on the 60(I think) & up to 32 on the 90amp. They will set you back 100 bucks or more. Also worth mentioning are the traxxas ESC's. The XL5 up to 7.2 volts the XL10 witch I think handles up to 9.6 and the EVX 1 & 2 @ 14.4 volts. They will set you back 65,75 & 110 bucks.
Good luck in your search.
