well last night my friend sees my mini cat and say,s hey will that run in a pool well long story short 1 man with hypo 1 in a wet suit freezing and 24 hours later 1 boat 1 trashed brand new tp 2200 ex v2 lipo but the big thing is they put a ton of chlorine in the water to try to clear it up and it seems to be eating the metal right now I,ve resank it in the tub to stop the oxidizing on the parts so I cant get in the brushless motor to clean out maybe alot of wd any suggestions are more than welcomed right now oh by the way it went down with no hatch on (my stupidity) but there,s not enough room to put enough fun noodle in to keep it afloat it was down both sides and in both front sponsons and in the transom it went down in under 5 sec. so lose the foam and tape it up well because it floated wet side up for 4 hours in a lake until it hit the other side 2 times with nothing more than me getting board so no more noodle[X(]

Wow, I think you could have used a couple more periods in that post. I'm confused were you running it in a pool or a pond? If it was a pool why couldn't you just get it with a pool net or something? I'd try some carosion-x on everything. Also some electrical libricarion for the motor. You could also put a thin layer of wd-40 or some kind of oil or grease to stop the carosion.

Firstly get your boat out of water, soaking it in regular water will not solve the problem, only makes it worse. Most likely you esc an servos are shot, but maybe not take them out, dissasemble the servo an allow to dry for several hours. Next take all metal parts off of boat an do it soon or else the corrosion will make it very hard to do, if not already. Place all parts like that in a small bowl an throughly soak in PB Blaster or a similair chemical to break up the bond with the corroded metal an whats still good. Next after those have soaked for a good day or so grab some wet/dry 600 grit sand paper an some wd-40 or other high viscocity oil use this in conjucture with the sand paper to remove all oxidation. Pull motor apart, soak bearings (maybe nessicary to replace) clean motor well with wd-40 or equivalent. put back together an see it the electronics are functional. Good luck an let this be a lesson in proper english typing, it can be so much easier to understand what you want if you make complete sentences

yes it was the mini hydro but it had lots of fun noodle. the only ting that was trashed was the battery and the servo.I just now finished putting it back together good as new the esc and rec. were in balloons and that stinks about your boat diego .By the way it was a pool but
the net just would not catch it.
and sorry about the run on sentences mind runs faster than my fingers type
