Super Fast challenger!!
i finally got the videos of the challanger on the comp. check them out, their short but you get a apreciation for the speed.
setup is
14xl
20 ib 4200s
hydra 120
speedmaster hardware
the rudder is bent is why it's so unstable i think

yeah, i know, no matter what i do to cog or trim she still runs loose. it is a blast to drive. it's only flipped twice and once was a blowover

Looks good. nice and good speed.. I think you have a problem that can be corrected with trim tabs.
your rudder would be causing some stability issues but not that much.
throw on a set of tabs and it should help.
also lets see the boat do a fast turn. I am interested to see if it "hops" in the turn.

that would be a large prop lifting the turn out of the water.
I think a 14XL is a little slow for the boat thus meaning you need a large prop. If you went with a 12 or 11 turn and a smaller prop i would not be surprised to see alot more speed and alot more stability
