Default Stinger drive

Hi i bought a 3/16 stinger drive and i was wondering if you have to put the teflon tubing inside the metal sleeve of the stinger
any help appreciated

If you bought a good one it should have a brass bushing in there already.

i have a stinger drive from steve at offshore electric i run the teflon into the stringer just before the bushing. i seal that with shrink wrap. no problems here.
