Ok I have a new villian ex and it was running great till I udjusted the drives up to get more boat out of the water.
It fried a bushing inside the boat and melted the gear off the drive shaft.
Anybody have any ideas???
I know there is alot of info on this boat on here but I can't find the main forum for it too lazy.
Thanks for the help in advance guys

Ideas for parts? Or what caused it?

Get parts here.
Not really sure what caused it but I would suspect that when you adjusted it you didn't leave enough gap/play/space (whatever you want to call it) at the bushing and it caused friction.

I wondered about that and I would have to say that is probably the problem also.
With the drives up though it is faster but likes to porpous more.
I am not sure what i am going to do with it now.
I have a large scale enforcer boat so that will be my fast one.
The villian will get turned into my retrieval boat for the gas one and the quiet play boat for those days I don't want to listen to that pipe on the gas boat.
