Does your boat have a length, engine displacement size?

www.offshoreelectrics.com and www.towerhobbies.com will have everything you need.

My recommendation:
A Feigao 9XL - motor OSE
Hydra 120 - ESC OSE
4s 25C 4900 Flight Power cells - Tower Hobbies
38mm prop to start

With a new power system, you must check the temperature of your new motor, ESC, and cells every 45 seconds. If everything is less than 130F you may continue running. If after a long run nothing is hot you can increase prop diameter.

Once you find the right prop for your hull on my combo, you should be around 40mph.
