Hey guys
The metal strut on my bj26 has got a little crack in it from wear and tear.
Anyone know a good strut that has a 1/8 shaft size?

I found the miss vegas strut assembly(silver) w/brackets but it seems to be out of stock at most places.

in their products under boat accessories they have a LOT of cheap hardware including struts.

I can't seem to find any 1/8 struts in their section, though they have a couple unlabeled ones that look kinda small.
Any other ideas?

I'll try and post a pic of the cracked strut soon.

whats stopping you going to 3/16 ? would be stronger and longer lasting.

My flex shaft size (wire part) is about .150 size and the prop shaft size is 3/16 for the strut and then 1/8 for the prop.(just realized I measured it wrong.[:@]

I guess I could get one of those octura hardware sets that'll have the right sized shaft, but I am on a bit of a budget.

go back to that site i sent you, they do a .150 cable and a 3/16 stub shaft.

I normally just buy the stub shafts from OSE and then solder my cables into them myself
