Default convert nitro to electric

I have a nitro vee I want to convert to electric and use as a rescue boat for my gas boat. Does anyone have any suggestions for a cheap and simple conversion.

you can turn it in to a singel drive villain . powered by a 700 if your just useing it for rescue then just remove the nitro motor from the alum plate and mount a electric to that plate and use a flex cupler to hock it to your stock drive line

I was considering removing the engine and using the return to shore motor but the shaft is tiny .09". Do they make a coupler for that size. The stock drive shaft is .15 or 4mm. What is the shaft size of the 700 motor?
