and the batteries will be ran in parallel

i'm hopping 40-50mph any advice would be great ,and I tryed to follow the rule that ryan.t posted about motor-esc setup

The hull is 36" long?

4s will not be enough power for a hull that long. You would need minimum 6s, 8s would run more efficient and work better for a sport boat.
