Default flex shaft

This is my first boat with a nylon liner inside the proptube , Do you still have to grease the flexshaft every couple of runs like i do with my gas boat ?.....

Well I don't think it's certain as I don't think we know what boat you are talking about but generally yes you should lube it ever trip to the water.

I am sorry i should have said its a prince 25" 1107 model with a 4mm shaft .

Hey Phill,

Yes lube the flex shaft as if you dont you can melt the liner.....

Many people do not use a liner anymore but i have never had a problem with running them.

I just lube every run or sometimes every second run.
