Ok, here is what I have found out so far and need some help. I used a caliper and found that my collet is in fact 4mm. My motor shaft is, however, 3mm. The collet is very loose on the shaft. My motor shaft already has a flat spot on it for the allen screw. Is there anything I can do to correct this re did I get a bad motor?

And you will need appropriate allen wrenches
