Default A charging problem!

Hi, Boaters!

I have several Dura Traxx 6-Cell 7.2 V Ni-Cd (1500 mAh).

I always carefully discharge and charge with my MRC Super Brain 989 which is a quite decent charger.

The batteries used to be fully charged around 1700 mAh, working very good.

But suddenly they are charged only up to 400-500 mAh. Even though fully recycled them, the result is same. The batteries are used less than 30 times.

What is the problem? What should I do? This is very frustrating. Please help me! Thank you for your attention.

James

I would bet that they aren't being charged full any more and you are operating on the bottom third of the pack.

Try this on 1 or more packs:

charge at rate of 150 ma for 15 hrs and see how the battey runs.
