Default Brushless Motor Breakdown!!!!

Ok im totally new to electric anything....boats,planes,cars, ect. I need someone to breakdown what each part of the description of a brushless motor.... lets say i want to buy a motor..... ex(28-45-3800kv) what does each of the number represent? and what about (28-36b 2200kv) what does the "b" mean or what would another letter (a,b,c,d) mean? and what if its (b36-30-08 1800kv) and what does the number of "turns" means? what does more or less turns mean? and just to be clear the examples i listed are just made up, i just want to know what each number or letter in each example stands for?i know the basics of the Kv, Kt, Io and Rm, but i dont know what each number or letter in the sequence stands for...... Ill appreciate any info thanks guys.....

The First number eg 28- or 36- refers to the diameter of the motor.
The second number is the length.
The Third number is the KV rating. That is, how many RPM per volt of input the motor will output.
The lower the Turns, the lower the current draw and power usage. And higher is the opposite.

I don't think the letters mean much. But if I am wrong someone can fill me in.

As the number of turns increase amount of current or power usuage decreases.(lower kv) As number of turns decreases amount of power usage increases. (higher kv) Amount of turns is typically irrelevant. You would prefer to know the size of motor and kv to then select a power system. Refer to the stickied thread on the forum for addition info.

Another thing - with different brands those numbers may be in a different order or not at all connected to the performance.  The only way to be sure is to read the specs.</p>
