Default Aquacraft rio ep superboat

does anyone have this yet? Looks like a good brushless candidate.

I saw one at the LHS near Buffalo 2 weeks ago. I almost bought it. I would have if I didn't already have my brushless hammer EP

It's along the same line as my Hammer surface drive project, but it is already put together for you, and the price is insane.

I think it is the perfect beginner boat. Not too small for some decent chop, it runs well on a single pack and it has a 2.4 gHz radio included. You can't possibly build a setup like that for the price. Too bad the ESC doesn't have a lipo cutoff (at least it doesn't look like it does) because with that much less weight, it would really make a difference.

Nah, just a single 7.4 volt pack, a 3300kv motor and an x437 prop.

It's amazing what keeping things lightweight and simple can do. That's why I like this new Aquacraft boat too.

But having a little extra weight makes a boat more stable..
also one does not need a lipo cut off to run lipos
