You won't find motors much lower in price than what you see already. If you scour the want ads in OSE, RumRunner RC etc, you can find some nice used stuff.

The cheapest 2215's I've seen were on OSE, they don't sell Lehners.

You could go with an inexpensive large chinese outrunner and power it on 10 or 12S.

Les expensive HV controllers?? Maybe wait for the HIFEI 240Amp HV marine unit. Don't know when its coming out but, its on HIFEI's web site.

There is a Turnigy Monster 2000, 200 amp HV esc at Hobby City. I own one but, can't run it until the ice thaws. I have water proofed it and added water coooling tubes to the heatsinks.

It's very beefy, should be good.

Thats all I can say fo now.

Every time I link to OSE, mods delete it. (when they see it)

Little screamers have come up with a big water cooled out-runner that appears to fit the bill

http://www.littlescreamers.com/id57.html

Don't have one but crunched numbers on it and it will do anything from sport to racing competitively with Gas

Its not on the page but has intro price of $149.99 not sure for how long, $179.99 RRP

There is a posting on this forum about them.

looking at the hydra ESC, it looks like 4 ESC's all put together to make one ESC

would this work if i took two 100a ESC's and put them together to make one 200a esc ???

how would i connect all the cables together so they all make up one single cable for the batt's and motor ???

What they do is stack the FET boards, its still only one driver board, the 2 ESC idea will probably not work as they may get out of sync.
