Default Can I upgrade?

First post so hello all, I'm looking for abit of advise as a total newbie.

I've had this boat for afew years lying in the loft, and got it down over the weekend, had a little play... and it got me thinking, can I make it any faster?

Any advise would be grate!

I've just bought some 3300 Ni-Mh cells to try out in it, from racing cars years ago the difference between a 1800 ni-cad pack and the same car with 2400/3000 made a mental difference.

Thanks for reading!

Default RE: Can I upgrade?

that hulls toy grade, if i remember correctly (i had the white one) its just basicly plastic and wont survive anything major

if you want to upgrade, the simple solution is a lipo battery
or
complete overhaul, strip out, brushless setup with new receiver etc

if you know whats in it then please tell us so we cangive the appropriate answers, measure the length and also tell us
