Default Just bought a ProBoat Riptide need some help.

Ok first of I bought this boat already built all i had to add was a batt and a radio system. Anyways my question is where do you guys who have gone brushless run your batts? and anyone know of a good prop to try on this thing? And last but not least does anyone know where I could get a flex coupler that is 2 inches LOA and one side is a 5mm coupler and the other end is a 3mm coupler?

Here are some pics of it now............

The second pic shows where I am thinking of running the battery so as to counteract the torque twist. Any other suggestions?

Also guys I am going to add some weight since I like the look of the jet ski without the rider to make up for the rider weight I know I will be adding the weight as low as possible in the hull but my question is should I add it a specific place along the beem I mean forward or aft?

Well for those that have been watching I ran it today with the battery in the same location as in the pic and it runs great only thing wrong was about 2 minutes into the run it just came off plane and i could hear the motor still spinning and the steering worked so i thought oh great what now did I loose a prop or did the coupler strip out or what. Well what is was was the dogbone that broke so i am trying a cheapo deapo plastic dogbone becuase I am having a really hard time finding the right length one at my LHS's. Its LOA is just under 1.5" anyone know where I could find a couple dogbones this size?
