Default Neu problem

Hi,
I am running a cat on twins and I have a little problem.
The motors im running are Neu 1912 (same windings) and I noticed when I got them one motor was a little more notchier than the other. One turned a lot easier than the other.
What happens is when I run the boat and back off sudden on the radio the boat turns really sharply but if I back slowly the boat will not turn.
Is there anything that I can do to check why one motor is more notchier than the othe or should I send them back to Neu and let them have a look?
Thanks Peter

Default RE: Neu problem

send it back, don't open it or the warranty's void then, ring them and tell them the problem then send it to them
