Brushless conversion advice
Hi All.
I have recently purchased a dream boat from about 10 years ago (I could never afford it back then). Its Graupners Nimbus B24 (the GRP hull version) and its 10% built in box! I want to swap out the stock SPeed 600 Brushed motors for something more modern. I was thinking size wise a 3650 inrunner and between 2100Kv and 3000Kv (depending on availability). I would be running on 3s LiPo (as i have loads of them) Does this sound about right? How hardis it to convert to outrunner (as there is MUCH more choice then)? Thanks for your advice. |
The aquacraft 1800 and 2030 are good motors, they would run decent on 3s, and you can get a leopard 3674 and a 2600 kv which would be more powerful and it would be great on 3s.
