Default Brushless conversion advice

Hi All.

I have recently purchased a dream boat from about 10 years ago (I could never afford it back then).

Its Graupners Nimbus B24 (the GRP hull version) and its 10% built in box!

I want to swap out the stock SPeed 600 Brushed motors for something more modern.

I was thinking size wise a 3650 inrunner and between 2100Kv and 3000Kv (depending on availability).

I would be running on 3s LiPo (as i have loads of them)

Does this sound about right?

How hardis it to convert to outrunner (as there is MUCH more choice then)?

Thanks for your advice.

The aquacraft 1800 and 2030 are good motors, they would run decent on 3s, and you can get a leopard 3674 and a 2600 kv which would be more powerful and it would be great on 3s.
