To give you and idea of APD inverters power density. This small one here can sink 100 amps peak on 6s lipo and weights .2 grams! The idea that it can sink several hp is amazing.

So 2 sets of plans were ordered. 1 for me the other I had sent to MLBoatworks so Mike can develop the kit.:D

A different 3 axis configuration than a single GYA553 I would use the GYD550's in a similar fashion. To run the GYA you made need the programming box but the GYD's are drift servos so the gains etc can def be set from the 10PX. the Jury is still out on how the 553 will integrate with remote tuning.
This sharing is for you.
I hope you enjoy it!

This is a very specialized installation and programming so to use the GYA553 with the 10px these additional pieces are recommended.
The GPB-1 Program box and the CIU-3 usb interface.

"The GPB-1 box would allow for gyro setup, to include the channels used for gain control.

The CIU-3 USB device would be recommended as well, for when there are updates for the 553 and GPB-1.

You would not use the gyro menu for gain control, as the 10PX is not expecting 3 axis gyro." Tony Coberly @ Futabahttps://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...849320474c.jpghttps://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...82e61a720c.jpg
These 2 items and the GYA-553 cost me 329.00 factory direct from Futaba.

Hi Guys,
I got the anti spark QS-8 connectors for the battery and esc They are nice and really tight on the interference fit. so ill solder up a pack and and configure the esc's telemetry with the XLX2 now.. Lets see how it goes. After we get all that figured out the gyros and other electronics and running hardware should be here . Then we will configure that. Its enuf to figure out.

The plans arrived and you can see the option for the flap details in all 6 locations. To just do the front canard would be rather boring...Nice hull. These foils are definitely generating lift.

FYI about composite hulls... Oliver @ H&M says he does not have the work potential to realize this project. Whatever that means. Steve Gualtieri RC Boat Companys wing boat is modular. The center section and sponsons are built separate. So it can create this boat! The cowl; would need modification and the front canards need to be added..

You can see by the size of the GYA-553 the immense weight it will add.

The reason I settled on a wood kil from James is because he redesigns the tunnels for less flight. I know for a fact that an H&M will kite. Herb Sowden had the 4 wing Budd on a Plettenburg 50BM . It runs really fast but kites in the video just like a boat with a steep tunnel.. It seems impossible but having that huge wing right at the front of the boat obviously facilitates that even though the tunnel is virtually non existent. at every opening between the sponsion set and main body.. This is why I do not want the 2 wing Circus or Budd. The wing is a huge asymmetrical foil the faster you go the more it lifts. Having the wing at the cg theoretically lifts the entire boat at the cg. Like raising the see saw at the fulcrum. The you use the from canard and rear wing to make the kids on each end always the same weight. If you watch the boat run in its debut wou see the hull rocking froward an back centered on the main wing. Too much for a driver to pedal unless its drive by wire with macro functions. The reaction time is not there for a human so you try to keep the boat actively from that angle of attack at which the blow over is inevitable by using a computer system to monitor and control the flaps

I should learn to be more honest because I will have the wood and all carbon fiber boat. Im also ordering one from Steve in full CF as well. You need a backup boat for what I intend to do in D12!!!

Yall know Ive been working with Steve Neu and his outrunners.Right?
Im utilizing winding techniques from 2022 and im sure our motor will be around 95-97% efficient. At least that is the goal.
Independently Ive been working with cooling the airgap specifically!
I also have proprietaries that will cryogenically cool the stator and motor windings direct well below -29 C.
Imma see you soon!

Take care...
Hubert.

You have to update the GYA-553 first. This went very easy on the HP VICTUS with windows 11.nad an intel CORE 12 gen i7 processor.

So now the fw is current and up to date on all the equipment. So we can start to integrate. Telemetry inverter control on the fly and the super response self leveling 6 axis gyroscope all at the fingertips. of the 10px

Can I accomplish performance and stellar realism?
I'm going to try.

Hi Fellas,
https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...eeff64c3b3.png

I haven't forgotten the scale boat projects they are still coming along.

https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...e1fa515bf1.jpg
Ive been developing a test bench for the custom wound motors. In the meantime I just purchased a synergy 48" mono from insane.
What I feel will be a solid mono platform for speed. The Black on Black Synergy Mono hit me over the head with hardware and shipping $855.00. The 3 wing full carbon Circus is about to be laid as well.

The Synergy will have a name.
Her name is.
THE TECHNICIAN
And she will be either and 8 cell or 6 cell lipo boat

Regards,
Hubert

6 to 8 weeks on delivery for synergy. The carbon 3 wing starts as a modular lay of the sponson set and center section and cowl which ill modify from. RC Boat Company.. Ill have to really think about the rudder mounting on the hull .
