While unlikely to be a direct bolt in fit - it should be easy enough to make it work in your boat. The pipe is missing the exhaust manifold flange so pipe is not ready to bolt onto motor.
Whether or not it actually works - that is a different story. Used motors always seem to have only had a few tanks of gas and are "just broken in". Early versions of this motor had issues with dechroming of the cylinder - couldnt say if this is an early version or not. (zero seller feedbacks in the last 4 1/2 years do little to reassure me it is a reputable seller) Buyer beware!

Thanks for the info about the exhaust manifold ,I asked seller about it . Said he had it off for picture but said it would come with the motor. Do you think I could use those mounts to install in the boat .

Is your Shockwave the older yellow one ?If so it has an aluminum rail mounting system that makes mounting another engine other than a Zenoah that came in it a little hard.I'm not saying it couldn't be done but would be easier with a Zenoah engine. Mine had the Zen 260 in it.
