Question Aeromarine Sabre Canard is a good hull ?

How is this boat?
I do not see many, someone uses it?
I would have the chance to buy it but I would like to first understand how it behaves in the water.

It's 15" forward of the transom.

I've only seen one and the owner said that he had to put a pound of weight in the nose to keep it from flipping over backwards.

No idea. I didn't talk to the owner that much about it. With the canard design it might throw normal CG setups out the window.
