I cant get water pump on my enforcer with a zenoah engine to push water through it. I've tried 3 different pumps with no sucess. Is the pulse fitting suppose to be on the top or bottom.Mine is on the top which is cause for suspicion. Please enlighten me.Also I have a pro boat water pump, can any of those ports be plugged off, thanks for any help.
