Default Gas hydro suggestions.

Gassers

I currently have nitro tunnels a .20 and .45 and am considering a gas Hydro.

I have the means to transport a big boat and have been interested in Gas for a while

I prefer the look and handling of Hydro's.What types of speeds can a person expect with gasoline engines.

I would probably like an engine that I could upgrade or add onto to make more horsepower later on.

What would you guys suggest for engine /boat combinations for someone starting out in The Gas side of things.

Thanks
Terry

PI, Insane, and Blazer Marine all have competitive gas sport hydros. Toxic, CC, and others have good modified engines. If you're looking to start basic and then upgrade, get a stock G260PUM and either have it modded, or buy a modded engine, later.

piper what kind of speeds would a stock G260pum produce in a say something like an insane hydro.

Those engines seem very popular.and reasonably priced.
