FEMA do an electric start for Zenoah motors. You will find it at [link=http://www.zenoah-engines.com/index_en.htm]Toni Clark[/link] in Germany.

It is on page 106 of their [link=http://www.zenoah-engines.com/ftp/Kat11_2006_011206.pdf]catalogue[/link]

I purchased one of the FEMA starters for my PROBOAT shockwave 55 form Hobby Lobby the (HLFE9713 ) compact starter for Zenoah 23/26 and needless to say I had issues. The cluth bearing in that system is not rated for rpm over 8000 and the bearing failed on the second run. For the high rpm engines, you need the kit for the helicopter version. It has a smaller supported cluth bearing. Because of the trouble i ran into with the starter and getting parts for it, I decided to make my own and don't have the starter system completely developed but I do have an electrix kit that allows the the boat to be driven on electric power in the event of a stall or running out of fuel. I am having these made and you can purchse them from my website www.nshumway.com
