RE: Engine r.p.m.
Thanks for the tips guy's ,( slow motion ) the strut angle is at zero , I raised the trim tabs up , and the plug looks exactly as you described (toasty brown) I watched the boat carefully to see how it was running on the water and only the rear 1/4 - 1/2 portion of the boat was on the water at full throttle ( from the radio box back) very dry. I did add a turn fin to the right side i'll try another run without it to see if it picks up any speed.

RE: Engine r.p.m.
A reply for Don M, I did some testing here on the weekend with a full wet, semi wet and full dry pipe set up. Stock G260 Zenoah with full wet pipe was 14700 rpm, semi wet pipe was 15200 rpm and full dry pipe was 15800. Test boat used was a Titan R60 with a 2614/3 chopper.
Full wet and semi wet pipes are great for boats with engine covers to keep the heat at a minimum inside, open boats are fine with dry pipes.
Cheers, Danny.

Well I got a modded 3 blade prop from Dasboata (Chris Hoffman) this thing is awsome picked up 2,000 rpm [X(] and a couple mph. Max rpm was 16,600. The boat is an absolute rocket all around great prop. Thanks again Chris
