How can I say this?
SCAM!!!!!
It's a buyer beware world out there and if it looks too good to be true, it is, pure and simple. I don't even have to look at the link to know this, just from the other replies in here.
First, if it wasn't a scam, tower/hobbico/Aquacraft would shut them down as they have a minimum price that dealers can sell for to help keep the big outfits and the Mom & Pop hobby shops competitive with each other so neither can undercut the other. You might save a little with shipping from a big company or make up the difference by not having to pay shipping but taxes.

Hello,
I'm french and i was scamed by this man from hobbies-rc.com.
I ordered a rio51 but I'd never receive this item. I saw this boat on alibaba.com but they can't help me. You must never buy in Indonésia. trust me, I'd lost 240€ and now I regret to ordered this boat.
Bye

Iam sorry but more fool you for trying to get a cheap boat the fake sites are nothing new .You must of had some idea something was wrong when you see there prices compared to others bet you thought you were getting a great deal! They also have a phone number did you not try to ring the number first to see if they answered the phone ?.Did you pay by credit card??? & have u checked your statements ??? ive head of peoples cards being abused to the max after visiting sites like those !![:@]
i do avoid most things that want payment via western union they only need the mtc money transfer code to get the money at the other end no id or anything [X(]

Two companies I have worked for have implimented "no direct sales to Indonesia and no shipping to Indonesia" policies due to the high level of fraud there. Most credit card companies will probably call you if you use your card there and review the transaction and risks with you.
I had a couple of customers who were stung when taking orders for goods shipping them and then getting contacted a few days later that payment was made by bad credit card. [link=http://Indonesia fraud]Government there probably is not so concerned about the level of fraud [/link]as it is probably a good source of revenue for the economy.
That said - [link=http://forums.cnet.com/5208-7593_102-0.html?forumID=58&threadID=110397&messageID=2631895#2631895]theres companies in NY and NJ who do the same thing with digital cameras[/link]. Been doing it for years it turns out. I almost got stung there but thankfully the old "if it sounds too good to be true it generally is" came to mind and I researched the seller.
I guess the only thing these scammers dont generally do is have competitive prices

or offer refunds
Though I have to say I watched a saga unfold last week where a guy in Australia was taking money for props through several forums. He was tracked down and all the sudden everyone started getting paypal refunds. Should point out that it is the first time I have heard of such an occurance.

Indeed. Refund policy is usually not great

As far as this other outfit goes, how can they sell the Rio 51's for a lot less than cost? That alone should send up a red flag. It's easy to build a site as we've seen as there are others right here in the US are ripping customers off. One in particular goes under 3 different names based in California. Go to the Clubhouse forum and there is a huge thread there covering that company.
