Is this exhaust a quality exhaust or junk?
This is a ProBoat tuned exhaust and it is a no band pipe that is water cooled. And it is a different style WTC header. I figured if Proboat uses them they should be good or do they just put junk on their boats? I want to put this on a Zen 260. Any input would be appreciated.

Hard to tell from the picture, but with many wrap to centre, and also wrap forward headers, it is difficult (impossible) to get the correct optimum tuned length. They are too long.

Here a couple more pics. From the center of the flange opening to the end measures 7 3/8". Its not exactly what I want, but I had it lying around and it will work well in my challenger hull because the pipe cutout in the back is in the center of the hull.

it still makes it a pretty long header.
at 7 3/8" for the header that leaves you 5 to 6 inches to the fattest part of the pipe.

eventually, yes.
but like the guy's are saying, wrap around headers are a bit finicky when tuning.

This one is a little different though. It doesnt have the sharp bends like the other ones. It goes off the intake up about 90deg and and then it has a much smaller curve.

That first 90 degree bend at the flange is bound to limit performance.
Exhaust gas and sound waves can cope with extremely tight bends so long as they are smooth and even , but a sudden 90 degree change in direction is a no no.
