RE: sikk timing.
Since the Venom KWA is in reality a CY26 (SIKK), this could be a starting point. I did not see any specs on timing, but there is a customer service number that may help you out. I called/emailed them for help on my CY26, and the response was positive. I use this manual myself.

RE: sikk timing.
No real reason to question what numbers you have come up with ... they are what they are !
* But you can double check them by using your degree wheel a bit differently. Rather than the "ZERO" being TDC and working your port duration numbers from that, Do this:
* On the port your working with, At opening point, make that your "Zero", as port closes the degrees of duration will be an exact number.
Repeat on EACH port for a much more precise measurement.

RE: sikk timing.
morning scott. can it be that easy. i try that way and see if there is much difference between the two ways. i got a std zenoah and just want to be sure before i start cutting and playing with the timing[>:] i do run a sikk now in my mono which is fast enough to stay in the top 3 at my clubb but due to small failing issues i did not complete a few raceses[:@]if i follow your article on model gass boats would i end up with more or less the same power as the sikk.
thanks scott.
thanks scott.
