Default Motor reving high on start up

I have a little problem,
I started my 2 slam 260 motor with a Walbro WT 257 carbs today for the first time( there in a cat). One of my motors idles fine but the other just revs high and doesnt want to idle. Any one got any ideas on how to make it idle without it reving high?
I turned the idle screw nearly all the way out but it still revs high. any ideas?
There both brand new motors.
Thanks
Peter

I would give George a ring and see if they test ran the motor after they built it. Sounds like a air leak to me. Did you get the red or blue???. Photos of the cat would be nice

well I think I found the problem, I decided to pull out the motor and look into the carb and found that the butterfly was open 1/4 of the way when It should of been closed. Ive now adjusted the butterfly so know it in the closed position. I will start the engine tomorrow once I have put it back into the cat and hopefully alls well.
Pics coming soon.
Cheers Peter
