Sand it back with some 80 grit paper, then fill it with some gel coat using a piece of plastic to cover the area while it sets (gel coat needs to be void of air to set properly), then use fine sand paper to finish it off & fair it in. You will also want to check the inside of the hull for any cracks, if there are any, sand it back & put a layer of fibreglass over it to re-enforce the area.
Nope cracks still there.
