How am I going to fix this part 2
So fixed the hole in the bottom from ripping up the engine frame/stringers. Fixed my strut problem, replaced the Teflon thrust washers with delron, much better no visible wear this time out.
Now after spending a princely sum to get the stringers glassed in and the hole at the stuffing tube fixed it's broke again.
In typical fashion I made my way down to the lake intent on setting a new speed record. Probably should have turned around because of the waves.
Long story short it jumped a wave and hit another which stopped it dead and started a barrel roll. When it stopped I could see the canopy was not on right. Turns out it cracked a hinge point just behind the cockpits. I also discovered a crack where the top and bottom of the hulls meet.
Drained the water and ran it again until it rolled again. Same thing the canopy was part way off, front had come out from it's catch.
Ran it a third time with no problems, but very cautiously. It runs fine but I expect it's one roll away from being a convertible!
I'm not going to put any more effort then some duct tape for the rest of the summer, or until I find a replacement hull.

Man you have some bad luck. I hit the dock first trip out on my boat and duct tape is how I fixed it. I'll fix it right this winter and repaint the whole boat. After seeing your stringer issues I'l go ahead and glass mine in while I'm at it.
