CC Powermaster in a BJ55
Finally forced myself to find the time to fit this pipe in. I cut the support spring from the original pipe to hold the CC at the transom. As you can see from the pictures I needed to make the hole bigger. The header is at a slight angle do to the recessed hole the spring support sits in it's pulling the pipe outboard. This makes my exit hole look like I missed a little. I plan to make a plate similar to the original once I have a chance to test it. Weather pemitting we will see tomorrow what results the new pipe yields.

RE: CC Powermaster in a BJ55
I haven't really had much time to pay attention to the boat the last month. Part of the problem is I'm still waiting for a new canopy. I went down to pick up the one I'd ordered and it was damaged. They got another one in for the following Friday and it was damaged. Here is hoping the 3rd time is the charm. Only bonus is Proboat told them to throw the damaged ones out so I'll have at least one beater canopy.
The Powermaster pipe gained me 1000 RPM and pushed me into a reliable 50+MPH boat with a top speed just shy of 55. I'm not done yet though!
