I want a speed demon. Why not use the .15 NR. Thought it was much more power than .32 dynnamite. Must have speed demon Ron. Competition is running mid 70s. Steer me the way

Sorry, I can't get you into the 70's with a NR .15 but possibly the NR .12 as it's a more advanced engine. With the right setup that one can see close to 100 MPH or more. They just haven't put the technology into the .15's like they have with the .12's.
Sure, the fast electric guys can run in the 70's but only in a straight lane as they turn like battleships.
Here's what a NR .12 can do in the right hands. It's gone faster since as this is an old video.

I can't even get the .15 started. Tuned for 5 hours and still not running.

I'd still leave the TC as-is except for a little work. We managed to get one to 49 and change on radar which isn't bad for what it is and there was still room for more that we didn't mess with at the time as we only had a few hours.
I'm not saying that you couldn't put the NR .15 in there. The spec's are unknown on the Dynamite .32 which is odd as manufacturers like to brag about the power of their engines.

Why buy it from Hobby King when it's made in Indiana? www.zippkits.com
Yes, I built 2 of them. The other is on the previous page.

Yes if your going for the smaller 12 to 15 size glow engine the Mini would be perfect for those engine sizes., better still the JAE 12 . or bite the bullet and grab the JEA 21 and use a new CMB 21. speed doesn,t come cheap.
