I just got a Hydro with an OPS 15cc (90) motor in it. I have done a search and cannot find much information about the care and feeding of this motor. My questions are, 1) How much Nitro can I run in it? 2) What RPM should it run at? and finally 3) What is a good Glow Plug to use in it? It has good compression, and runs nicely on 15% fuel. Thanks in advance for any help.

Large motors like your .90 run better on low Nitro. 40% is a good place to start at. McCoy MC-9 would be a good plug for it. What RPM? Wide open throttle! This thing is a fuel hog so if you're not going to race it I'd stay at a lower Nitro percentage.

Thanks. This boat will not be in any serious racing. I would imagine that the smaller boats will beat it. It's just for looking good on the water. I have also heard that the higher the Nitro the higher the fuel consumption. Thanks again.

True, the higher the Nitro content, the richer the carb has to be.
