but kryolon has that new fusion pant for plastic. can i use that?? anthen put a fuelproof clear coat over it. My lhs has a horrrible selcection of paint.

If their selection is that bad, ask them to order some for you or get it from Tower. My favorite has been Formula-U for my high Nitro boats but has to be put on in light coats but has a really nice shine to it. Top Flite's Lusterkote is a close second.
Some paints aren't compatable with others. I don't want to take the chance that they aren't otherwise you'll have to remove it then more money out the window.
I have heard of people using Lusterkote clear over Krylon but I haven't tried it myself. I'll leave it up to you to take the risk, if it works let me know.
