hm, well the pond i go to was specialy made for r/c boats but i only saw one person out of the hundreds of times i have went there to go race my boat. so what i do is just either take a nice refreshing walk out there (doesnt get any deeper than up to my chest im about 5 10, ) im usually in some shorts and just a t shirt so no big deal. and there isnt any like fish or seaweeds or rocks to be worried about, that place is really clean!

Another trick is to buy or fashion one of those cool little hooks you see on the bow of some boats. Really looks like no more than a piece of sheet metal (or aluminum) that has a hook cut out of it and a couple of screws to mount it on to the bow. I personally use a fishing pole with a tennis ball. I cast over the boat and reel in the ball until it snags something on the boat. I also have a tug boat that I use (different radio frequency) specifically for retrieval. It is Dumas American Beauty towboat. Has a nice flat front (for pushing acres of barges) 2- 12V pittman motors (tons of OOOMMMPH) and a nice shallow draft Works like a dream.... if I remember to bring it.
happy fishin.....er.....boatin!

Kyosho Hurricane twin hull catamaran is awesome. You get in front of the stalled boat, put it's hull between the forks on the Hurricane, and away you go. Another trick is to tie a tennis ball to floating fly line and pull that behind another boat. Circle around the stalled boat, and the fly line will go under the stalled boat until it hooks the outdrive or running gear. Walla; just like triple AAA towing.

I use a HoverCraft it works Great, The rubber skirt works like a grip so the boat won't slip when you push it. And I got the hovercarft off of ebay for like $17, Brand Spankin' new it was shipped in a brown box, but inside it still had it's original box, tape, and foam! It doesn't fail me, cuz it uses those 9.6v batteries and I have like 13 and a peak charger, so I set!!!
