Alot of people have twins. Use one servo with twin linkage for the throttle. One belt per motor because any motor a bove a .45 is hard to start with one belt.

I've got a few boats that are powered with .12's because the IMPBA has recently upped the "A" class limit to .129 so I thought that I'd see how fast I could make them. you have to find the right motor to power it because some don't have the right timing numbers that we need.
I think that DirtDummy will agree with me, twins aren't for the inexperienced or those of us like me that are easily frustrated and impatient.

Rpm's are great but you need torqe to swing a big prop. You are right for shure Ron, Twins are a hand full.

Yeah, DD, I have enough problems keeping one running, much less 2 of them!
Eas, stick with one motor for now until you get some serious time with single-engined boats, it'll save you a lot of frustration.
