i bought my nitro vee and i love it being my first nitro boat. the problem is though that if i let anyone else drive it it always gets flipped no matter how much a tell them to turn slow. so im going to replace the outboard prop/rudder assembly with a normal inboard one, but like i said this is my first boat and i dont know how. what kind of kit do i need to buy to do this, and where can i buy these parts? im tired of jumping into the water to swim out and get my boat.

If you're transmitter has a dual-rate on it, turn it so that there is less steering throw. It's OK to say NO to your friends if they don't want to listen to you.
Also, you shouldn't be swimming after your boat, it's never a good idea.
As far as converting it over to another drive system, you're in for a lot of work but it still won't prevent the problems with those that you let drive your boat. The steerable outdrive could be locked and then mount another rudder off to the right side if it has the room.
You'll find that those people won't pay to replace any broken parts either, that's why no one drives mine with very few exceptions. If I break it, it's my fault only.
