46" deep V mono w/ .65 nitro = high 60's mph ---?
Just currious. Wouldn't that be very close to a record or something.

The NAMBA straight away record for C Mono is 74 mph. So it's possible. If the speed is quoted from a timing device and is verifyable then you can belive it. If it's from someones assumption, then I would not believe it. Another fish story.

check the local ads & see what you come across thats similar to my first statement. LOL. This was meant to be severly sacastic if it wasn't picked up on already.

I rechecked the NAMBA records and find that they differentiate between C Mono and C Deep Vee. The speeds are different as well. 74 vs 64. If I understand you correctly, this claim is from an advertisement. In that case, my comment is a BIG BS! You see that kind of rediculus exageration all the time. Engines that turn 60K rpm, toy boats that run 40 mph. Sorry that people believe that garbage and buy.
