theres two diamiters here m4 thread or m5 ,yours is most likeley the m4 thread as for prop size have a look at the octura props and they have a guide for prop size verses engine size!!is it surface drive? i take it it is? if so try the plastic props till you find the correct size try few dif sizes and when you find one that works get one in brass .

Matt, I can't answer about your specific boat. Prop shafts for RTR boats are usually available in the right size and length from the boat manufacturer. If it's not an RTR boat, it will be one of several standard sizes, but you will have to cut it to length. When I need to cut a new shaft, I do the following:
1) Cut a flat and install the drive dog.
2) Put a little loctite on the set screw and install the drive dog.
3) Insert the shaft through the strut and into the collet, making sure it's all the way in.
4) Leaving a little extra room for the shaft to shrink, mark the shaft just past where it exits the strut.
5) Measure the length from the drive dog to the mark. This is the amount to cut.
6) Using a fiber cut off wheel, cut the shaft.
I drew up a little picture, hope it helps.
