Taz, seeing how you're new here and from what I've read so far by your postings, I'm really worried that you may be in too far over your head with a Road Runner 'rigger at this time.
I'm not trying to offend you but usually owners of 'riggers should know the basics before trying to run them. It's really better if you have someone locally to be there with you when you run it.

im asuring THAT the rigger will run next year as this summer i will use my daytona beach[ graupner ] and a fresh built not complete catamaran both with zenoah engines
but when i se a nitro boat i see the difference in speed
the problem is salt water ****s [oppps] evreything
lets go back to the rigger what brand of engine is best on a 11cc size

Taz, you might want to start with a 7.5 cc instead of the 11 cc. The speed available in the 11 will let the boat get away from you very quickly. As you already said, you see the difference in speed, but there is a lot more to be aware of than just the speed difference. With any hydro, and even more so in a rigger, set up and balance are crucial. Don't dismiss Ron's warning so quickly. The possiblity of being injured(or worse) can be minimized by taking some time and learning about nitro riggers and how to handle them, INCLUDING SETTING ONE UP PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Being new to riggers, you might be even better advised to put your boat on a shelf and start with a smaller rigger (in the range of a 3.5 cc), or better yet, a deep vee with a nitro engine.

Not quite, it's American made. The builder of the boat right now is Ralph Almirola, most over here that know NASCAR racing are getting familiar with his son, Aric who started in his first Busch race Friday night.
I don't have their website handy but you should be able to find it. www.rossisales.com is one of the dealers.
